The Power Riders (Company) terms and conditions govern the relationship between the Company and the User. In accordance with the Applicable Laws, these terms and conditions (as amended from time to time, including all Schedules and Annexures) will constitute a legally valid and binding contract, and by using any product services on Power Riders website, the user will be deemed to have accepted all of these terms and conditions. Before using the website or availing of any services, users should carefully read these terms and conditions. Power Riders reserves the right to alter, modify, or change these terms and conditions at any time without any prior notice. The user will be notified of any changes as soon as possible and in any manner Power Riders considers appropriate.

Note:

• The user should have a valid Driving License, and ID Proof when picking up a ride.
• The user must be above 18 years to rent a ride and must wear a helmet while driving.
• Vehicle users warrant that they will use the vehicle in compliance with all applicable laws, including the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, and any rules framed under it, and that they will not perform any illegal or unlawful acts while using the vehicle.
• The user must use the bike for the mentioned purpose, not for illegal activities.
• Users should not carry more than the limit imposed by authorities for passenger carriage.
• Operating a vehicle under the influence of alcohol or any other drug or medication is prohibited or not recommended.
• The user is not permitted to make any internal or external modifications to the motorcycle.
